Data deletion

MorningCaster does not create app accounts on iOS or Android. Eurekable Co., Ltd. cannot remotely read or delete settings stored only on your device.

Delete information stored on your device

iOS

On iPhone, open Settings → General → iPhone Storage → MorningCaster → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data and is not the same as deleting them. Manage any information remaining in system or iCloud backups separately through your backup settings.

Android

On Android, open Settings → Apps → MorningCaster → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

This removes local app information such as your name, alarms and routines, saved places, voice and music choices, models and synthesis caches. You can also delete selected records using the history deletion functions provided in the app’s My data menu. Deleted settings and records cannot be recovered.

Request deletion of information held by us

  1. dev@eurekable.space: email this address with the subject “MorningCaster data deletion”.
  2. Include your platform (iOS or Android), the type of information you want deleted and the dates of relevant inquiries. Do not send passwords, payment account numbers or national identification numbers.
  3. We review information we hold, such as inquiry emails, process your request and reply. Weather caches that do not identify individuals and information stored only on your device cannot be located and deleted using your email address alone. We will explain the scope of what we can process.

Information that may remain after deletion

We do not store names or response recordings on our server. Inquiry emails are deleted once their purpose ends unless retention is legally required. We explain any legally required retention in our reply. Weather caches are replaced according to forecast validity and refreshes, and authentication replay-prevention records are cleaned up after expiry. Apple and Google payment and service records, Google advertising records, and records held by Cloudflare and other providers follow their policies and retention duties.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting app data does not cancel a subscription. On iOS, go to iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play subscription management to cancel.
